The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common document format for a variety of reasons. It's accessible on any device, so you can share files between devices with different displays and settings. PDFs will appear the same, regardless of whether you open them on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

The next reason is data security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's risk-free to share any personal data in them from person to person. Apart from password protection features, some platforms give you access to an opening history to track down people who opened or completed the document without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that allows to create, modify, sign, and share your PDF using just one browser window. Thanks to the numerous integrations with the most popular business platforms, you can upload an information from any system and continue where you left off. Once you finish changing a document, you can forward it to recipients to complete and get a notification when it’s completed.

Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with users to fill out the fields and request an attachment if needed. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a document’s page order.

Very helpful.I use I-Pads most of the time with PDF Expert to fill in. However, when I am in need of using a PC or non-touch screen, this has been by far the best and easiest fill-able software I have used!

It's pretty good, but some repeat items don't load, and a couple times it would not let me add a 3rd line in a box. It would be nice if columns of numbers could add up.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Most often, a website will connect to another in the form of a link (also known as a hypertext link), a specially coded word or image that when clicked upon, will take a user to another Web page. You do not need permission for a regular word link to another website's home page.
Does hyperlink infringe copyright? In general, by including a hyperlink, you are not actually copying. It is generally fine to provide a hyperlink to another website as long as that link is not a site which is known to contain infringing material.
In conclusion, merely posting a link to copyrighted material is not direct infringement of the copyright in that content, so long as it does not contribute to the direct copyright infringement of another.
Web Links and the Law Because the act of linking to a site does not imply ownership or endorsement, you do not need to ask permission to link to a site that is publicly accessible. For example, if you found a site's URL through a search engine, then linking to it shouldn't have legal ramifications.
No court has ever found that deep linking to another website constitutes copyright or trademark infringement. Inline linking: Inline linking involves placing a line of HTML on your site that so that your webpage displays content directly from another site. We now commonly refer to this practice as embedding.
This is significant because posting a hyperlink on your blog, website, etc. is not itself copyright infringement, because a hyperlink does not contain any content no content, no infringement.
If you do link to another Website without permission, be sure to link to its home page. Direct linking allows a site to use another site's copyrighted material without attribution a clear violation of both Internet ethics and copyright law.
