It works, almost a must have thing. But not everything is perfect, there are some limited options. But you will never get it perfect because it is not an original document.

I really like the fact that you can create your own templates and save them for future use. I also like being able to send a text to another party and have them sign electronically.

The only real complaint I have is that I keep getting signed out.

My Favorite PDF Signing Software
I've been using PdfFiller for many years and I've gotten used to the interface and so to me, it's pretty easy to use, but I've dabbled with other online document signing software and I admit those are pretty easy to use.
Some of its competitors seems to have pretty user friendly interfaces.

Is a charter number the same as a tax ID?
When a legal entity is registered and organized with the Secretary of State, it receives a unique number, known as a charter number or corporate number. Once that happens, the company founder or a legal representative can apply for an EIN or VEIN number for tax purposes.
How do I find my state tax ID number?
You can find a tax ID number online, on specific forms and documents, or by contacting the appropriate department within the company. Most states use the federal nine-digit EIN number for tax purposes, so that is often the number you need.
How many digits is a state tax ID number?
You can just enter a 14-digit number as your employer's state ID number. This will allow you to continue with your tax return.
Is federal and state tax ID number the same?
These numbers serve the same purpose as federal Wins. The only difference is that they are issued by the state and used on state tax forms. Note that some states use an Employer Account Number (EAN) instead of an EIN.
Do you get a tax ID number with a DBA?
An EIN is generated by the IRS. To apply, you'll need your Social Security number and business contact information. If you have a DBA, you need to provide that name as well. There's a small fee to obtain your EIN, but once you obtain it, you can start to do business with it right away.
Do I need a different EIN for each DBA?
You do not need a separate EIN for each DBA as there is no legal distinction between the DBA and the underlying entity to which it is attached.
Can you have multiple DBA under one an?
It is not possible to use the same EIN for different Entity types or for businesses that are not related. What is a DBA? If you have multiple businesses that are taxed differently, such as a corporation and an LLC. Because these types of businesses fall under different tax rules, they require separate Wins.
