Open YouTube and find your video. Decide what time you want your video to start. Click the Share button, then the Embed tab. Copy the Embed code. Paste the Embed code. Figure out how many seconds into the video you want it to start. Now add ? Start= at the end of your video URL. DONE.
Go to the video you want to use. Search for the video on which you want to link to a specific time, then click or tap the video to open it. Select the correct time. Click the “Pause” icon. Right-click the video window. Click Copy video URL at current time. Paste the link elsewhere.
This is a very simple trick. Load up any YouTube video, seek to a specific time, pause the video, and right click. Then you'll be able to choose “Copy video URL at current time” and end up with a URL in your clipboard that'll start the video at the time you chose.
To send a YouTube video at a specific timestamp, you can select the Share button below the video player. You can also right-click the video player to copy the video's URL at a specific time.
