Great features, love the ruler that lets you type straight every line unlike Adobe Acrobat. I really like the compatibility with mobile phones to create your digital signature. Overall I was quite happy and impressed with the software. It would be great if the trial period was longer.

Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

it has all the right features you needed to fill in a documentation. I appreciate how accessible and basic yet informative and detailing on the features. I highly recommend using pdfFiller and it is my go to software on my daily documentation tasks

IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.
