I've never had a tantrum using it...It makes my day much easier and saves me time and money! I enjoy using PDF Filler. It is a valuable asset to my business. I'm able to sign, send and receive documents, receipts, invoices, you name it! They have a form for everything, and if they don't, they will find one for you!! This program is easy to use and I love how there is a record kept of everything I send. I don't know how to re-use a form over and over without having to delete whats on it , so I can use it again. I wish there was an option to use a new one!!

Might be signing up again because of the combine pdf feature you offer. Adobe couldn’t even combine my pdfs for whatever reason. I would need a slightly cheaper subscription then you offer.

I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. The average hourly wage for a Leasing Consultant in the United States is $15 as of March 26, 2020, but the range typically falls between $13 and $16.
The NAP certification course requires you to have worked as a leasing consultant for at least six months you can become certified, although you can begin taking this course before you have six months' experience. Some BOMB courses are targeted toward leasing agents and property managers with 3-5 years experience.
Today, apartment rental agents make an average of $12.74 an hour, according to PayScale.com. Now that's not a windfall, of course, but some leasing agents receive other benefits, including breaks on rent and paid vacation or sick time. And some apartment communities offer bonuses when agents prompt someone to lease.
In most states, leasing agents are only required to have a high school diploma or GED as long as they are supervised by someone with a real estate broker's license. So if you don't have a degree, getting a real estate license could be a plus. Employers also want leasing agents with some experience.
Leasing Agent Requirements: Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
