It's been very pleasant as a university student. One thing that is quite annoying is the scrolling feature - when I scroll on my macbook pro it doesn't really work well. Overall, this is perfect for annotating my lecture slides and readings. As a student, I find it a bit expensive ($72/year) - maybe there can be some incentive for students?? :)

It'd be helpful if there was a visual display on the side when selecting a document, so that I could see what I'm looking at and have the ability to rename it without completely opening it.

The outputs of the system are great ... just your opening page is a bit confusing. I just wanted to look convert a document but couldn't see conversion icons - finally worked out that I have to use Add New button - remember people are coming to your website from other portals they have used before - and like me they look for a document conversion tool!

Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

Very professional, highly recommended.
I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was.
