I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.

PDF filler works better than the pdf editor app that is installed on my computer with Microsoft and Windows 11. I haven't tried all the features available yet, but so far I like the program.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. PDF Filler has been a great tool to assist me in the large amount of forms that I have had to edit over the past few months. It is very easy to use. I do think that is for the more tech savvy individuals that deal with PDFs on a daily basis. There were a few things that I had to figure out, but overall I give it 5 stars because it is a lot easier to use and edit documents my way than it is for me to do in Adobe PDF. Thanks PDF Filler.
