So easy to use not being rejected My bank required my signature not an electronic signature. Maybe if I used my signature on pdf format I will try that next time.

Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. Otherwise we are very happy with it!

When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

What do you like best?
Being able to type into a form that would otherwise be hard to complete.
What do you dislike?
Once document is finished, it is always like a Easter egg hunt to find its saved location on my PC. Should be in downloads folder, but guess again!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDF filler allows one to complete a complicated form in legible printed characters. This makes a very good impression with clients, banks and other recipients of the finished document.

A leasehold improvement is a change made to a rental property to customize it for the particular needs of a tenant. Under GAAP, leasehold improvement depreciation should follow a 15-year schedule, which must be re-evaluated each year based on its useful economic life.

Signage — Land Improvements Signage that is outside and not permanently attached to a building is considered a land improvement. Leasehold improvements are normally presented as part of property, plant and equipment (i.e., fixed assets) in the non-current assets section on the balance sheet. Let's look at an example of leasehold improvements. Suppose a company (Lessor) has built a new office building.
Building improvements are capital events that materially extend the useful life of a building and/or increase the value of a building. Building improvements are capitalized and recorded as an addition of value to the existing building if the expenditure meets the capitalization threshold.
Typical examples are land, improvements to land, easements, water rights, buildings, building improvements, vehicles, machinery, equipment, works of art and historical treasures, infrastructure, and various intangible assets. Capitalized assets are reported for financial reporting purposes.
Create an account in the Fixed Asset section of the general ledger that designates the type of improvement. For example, improvements to the office building would be Building Improvements. Record the entire amount of the capital improvement cost as an increase to the Improvements general ledger account.
