I had to refile my last 4 years 1040 and all tax docs. After going through the IRS web docs but unable to edit them I found all the docs on the PDFfiller website. After a little work with the editors I was able to process professional docs. I bought a year sub and look to see if I can use this app for other business uses.

Easy and intuitive to use - could fill out forms right away with little effort. Signature capture using the laptop camera did not work - the signature ink lines not clear after cleaning up the image. I scanned my signature at 300dpi using a scanner, and saved that image. I tried this, liked it, and bought 1 year subscription.

For a long time now, I have had a chronic tremor in my hands. Filling out a form of any kind would be a guaranteed source of anxiety and embarrassment. Everything is wonderful Everything is wonderful, however with my bad eyes and being slow, i still say it is great.Sometime I have a little trouble moving from are moving to the area to get going to the PDF. It is not you it is me just a little slow. Can not see that good. I am good enough to get my job done.

From the side navigation menu, tap on Invoices. Open the invoice you wish to send, or create a new invoice. Tap on the green forward arrow to be brought to the preview & manage screen. Tap on Send. Choose SMS if you wish to send your invoice via text message, or.
Search and select the customer you want to send a QuickBooks Online SMS text message invoice reminder to.
SMS Marketing & Customer Engagement will automatically import all your contact details & Products/Services list from QuickBooks. You can send marketing SMS to a group or all of your contacts.
Send your invoices directly from QuickBooks Create an invoice or open one you already created. At the lower right, from the drop-down menu, select Save and send. Make sure all the information in the email is correct. Select Send and close.
Use the word invoice. Don't assume the customer will know the invoice is an invoice if you don't use that word. Give the invoice a number.

Include the invoice itself as an attachment, not in the body of the email. Use an invoice email template. Include the invoice number in the subject line. Keep a record of outstanding invoices. Have a template for collections emails.
