I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I used it now for 2 forms. I like that It does everything for me..saves the document, converts to another format if I need it and easy to email out or print.

Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.

What do you like best?
I can manage various professional documents with minimal difficulty---especially during these past few years, when electronic submissions replaced face to face meetings.

Nothing, really. All of the features are clear and easy to use.

I can quickly solve issues with documents by submitting reports and documents without a worry, given the features of the platform.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!
