It does make my life quite a bit easier to edit PDF's. However, if there was an actual way of actually being able to edit the words already typed previous (rather than erasing lots and retyping and aligning) that would save me a lot more time! Am I missing it some where on here? Is there a way to just edit previously typed PDF's?

Display your report in Design view. Select the field to which you want to apply conditional formatting. Click the Format tab. In the Control Formatting group, click the Conditional Formatting icon. Click the New Rule button.

Double-click on the Labels table in the object list on the left side of the window to open it in Data sheet mode. Try entering a value in the Label_ID field. Tab to the Label_Name field, and enter Capitol. Hit Tab or Enter. Add more records to your table so that it looks as follows:
Step 1: Create a query to select the records to copy. Open the database that contains the records that you want to copy. Step 2: Convert the select query to an append query. Step 3: Choose the destination fields. Step 4: Preview and run to append query.
Double-click the table you'd like to enter data to. Wait for a table with horizontal rows and vertical columns to appear. Enter a new record by filing out fields right of the asterisk (the rows at the bottom). Press Ctrl’S (save the database), and your changes to the table will be saved.
In an Access desktop database, you can set rules to controls so that the values are automatically highlighted. Note: Conditional formatting is not available in Access web databases or Access web apps. Watch this video to learn how to Highlight data on forms by using conditional formatting.
