I found it really easy to use, but all of the boxes did not have specific instructions. I struggled with boxes 16-18. Through google, I discovered that I should leave them blank.

What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

New to this site...just begun 30 trial. So far so good. Getting used to it but already I like much better than Adobe.

It was easy to navigate and find the forms that i needed and fill them out without confusion. I was able to fill iin information and send to my email with ease.

the erase feature should be slightly work on, like we being able to completely erase elements and not just shading it with colors.

Where do I find total credit hours on my transcript?
This is the total number of credit hours for the course (usually 3 or 4). Next to the attempted hours, you'll see earned hours. As long as you passed the class, this number should be the same as credits attempted. Next you'll see your letter grade for the course.
How do you calculate total credit hours?
The total semester hours are calculated by multiplying the weekly hours by 16. Laboratory Classes For a laboratory class, the hours per week are considered to be all in class with now outside assignments. Thus, one unit is three hours per week of laboratory time.
How do you calculate credit hours?
You need to have a certain number of contact hours (hours spent in a classroom), to earn your credit hours. One credit hour is equal to 15 to 16 hours of instruction. Your credit hours are calculated over the full semester, which is generally 16 weeks. Most lecture and seminar courses are worth 3 credit hours.
How is total credit earned calculated?
Total earned grade points in semester. Total credit hours taken in semester. =Semester GPA. Total earned grade points overall. Total credit hours taken overall. = Cumulative GPA. Total earned grade points overall + Retake grade points. Total credit hours taken overall (do not add in retake course) = Cumulative GPA.

Your grade point average (GPA) is calculated by dividing the total amount of grade points earned by the total amount of credit hours attempted. Your grade point average may range from 0.0 to a 4.0. To get the example student's GPA, the total grade points are divided by the total credit hours attempted.

EARNED HOURS: Refers to hours passed with a grade of D or higher or with a grade of S (Satisfactory). QUALITY POINTS: number of credit hours per course multiplied by the value of the grade received.
