Great after-sales support! I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point. Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year. I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat. Formally, you would refer to the enclosed items in the body of your letter followed by (enclosed) and then, under the signature at the end of the letter you'd write “Enclosures (x)” where x is the number of enclosures.
If you need to note enclosures in a letter, leave a double space under your signature and salutation, then write Enclosure. To signify that your letter has more than 1 document enclosed, use the plural, Enclosures followed by a colon and the number of documents.

If you're sending a letter to your literary agent, and you're including a few pages of your latest limericks, you might put “enc.” at the bottom of the letter, to indicate that you've included something extra in the envelope an enclosure.
