I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. I like the program. I did pay for it, so I feel that I should be able to upload pictures to the file. Uploading images should be included in a basic membership. I still like the service.

My handwriting seems to get worse with age and in this world of no typewriters for forms that need to be readable I have at odds when it comes to filling out many of todays forms. To date PDFfiller has proven to be a god send for my dilemma.

Saves so much time
I like this software because it is so easy to use. It saved me time and allowed me to quickly complete the necessary document
The only con I have with this software was that when printed it did not print all of the words typed in

More than what it says on the tin
I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business.
The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use.

What should you include in a lease?
Names of all tenants. Limits on occupancy. Term of the tenancy. Rent. Deposits and fees. Repairs and maintenance. Entry to rental property. Restrictions on tenant illegal activity.
What should tenancy agreement include?
Best practice states that a tenancy agreement should include the following express terms as standard: The names of the tenant/s and landlord and the address of the property being let. The start date of the tenancy. The length of the tenancy and details of the end date.
Can I write my own tenancy agreement?
When writing your own renters agreement you are able to include your own classes, such as tenants aren't allowed to have pets. However, these added clauses must be in line with both the landlord's and tenants' rights and if they infringe on these rights then they are void and can't stand up in a court of law.
What makes a tenancy agreement invalid?
The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations make any clause which is 'unfair' null and void in a court of law. So if a term or condition of the tenancy agreement is giving either party less than their statutory rights, then it can't be enforced, and it won't hold up in a court of law.
