I had a problem printing a draft of a form. "Blocked plug-in". Had a chat with Paul on the site, and followed his suggestions for a fix. Then was able to print the form. I am a new user and have yet to make changes to the form and print it. Hoping for the best with that. Thanks, Verne

Good service. Can be a little difficult to line up the text in the correct spot. Would be good if you could easily move the text box up and down a little to line things up.

As authorized by the Clean Water Act (CWA), the NODES Permit Program controls water pollution by regulating point sources that discharge pollutants into waters of the United States. Point sources are discrete conveyances such as pipes or man-made ditches.
An NODES permit is typically a license for a facility to discharge a specified amount of a pollutant into a receiving water under certain conditions. Permits may also authorize facilities to process, incinerate, landfill, or beneficially use sewage sludge.
It depends on where you send your pollutants. If you discharge from a point source into the waters of the United States, you need an NODES permit. If you discharge pollutants into a municipal sanitary sewer system, you do not need an NODES permit, but you should ask the municipality about their permit requirements.
You can use the Regional Water Boards Directory to navigate to the region's website. (There are nine regional boards.) All orders will be located on the issuing board's website under the “Board Decisions” Tab, then on the”Adopted Orders” page.
A general NODES permit costs $75-$100 each year. An individual NODES permit costs from $530 to a couple of thousand dollars yearly, depending on the design flow, the volume of discharge, number of discharge pipes, and other factors.
