I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.

There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

I was unable to embolden a specific part of my texts. Each time I select the target part, the whole texts are emboldened.
Other than this, I'm having a great experience using pdfFiller; it has many great functionalites.

I like the easy of use of the interface and the user friendliness of the product.

The need to install java is the one thing I dislike about this product

Stop hesitating about whether this product will meet your needs, it will! Trust me. Act on your intuition and just try it. You will not want to stop after that have tried!
I think it is a better product that Adobe because of the price point and the many options that are available. I love the send to capture signature feature where this product allows you to get the signature of someone who does not even have the product at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Digital signatures and workflow becomes so much smoother using this product. I have also used it to do registration of students now we are working virtually - parents file the form out and I get notifications that they have completed the process so I can then pick up the completed form. This has worked great for some business needs that surfaced because of the current pandemic! I love this product!

Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.

Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

It really helps being Paper Less. I don't need to travel to me nearest FedEx to Print job applications and drop them off at the actual location. I can just download the PDF and fill it out to send right back .
