I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

What do you like best? Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc. What do you dislike? The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

What do you like best? Intuitive, easy to manage documents. Students are able to fill out forms with minimal instruction. What do you dislike? I would like a way to connect filled forms to student work in Google Classroom. Recommendations to others considering the product: During this time when learning takes place in a virtual environment, using pdfFiller will make assignments easier to create and to access and use by students. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most worksheets are in pdf or word versions. PdgFillet allows me to assign the worksheets, students can enter their responses without having to print form to then upload with their responses, getting the email alerting that worksheet is completed.

A quitclaim deed is a particular type of property deed. It does not contain any warranties or covenants like the 'Covenant of Seisin', 'Covenant against encumbrances' or the 'Covenant of quiet enjoyment'. Instead, a quitclaim deed only transfers any ownership interest the grantor may have in the property.
A quitclaim deed transfers the title of a property from one person to another, with little to no buyer protection. The grantor, the person giving away the property, gives their current deed to the grantee, the person receiving the property. The title is transferred without any amendments or additions.
A quitclaim deed contains no covenants or warranties of title.
Quitclaim deeds typically are not used in situations where the property involved has an outstanding mortgage. After all, it would be difficult for many grantors to pay off a mortgage without proceeds from the sale of the property. In some instances, however, quitclaim deeds are used when the grantor has a mortgage.
A quitclaim deed is a particular type of property deed.
