You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF to replace many other documents. The Portable Document Format is ideal for basic presentations and easy-to-read reports.

Though many online solutions provide PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding electronic signatures, collaborating with other users etc.

With pdfFiller, it is possible to annotate, edit, convert PDFs into other formats, add your e-signature and complete in the same browser window. You don’t have to download any programs.

Document Tagging is the general process of adding extra information to documents. It includes static additions to the documents (for example, adding information from Education into the document) or more dynamic information (for example, marking a document for further analysis or workflow).
Open File Explorer. Click Downloads. Right-click the file you'd like to tag and choose Properties. Switch over to the Details tab. At the bottom of the Description heading, you'll see Tags. Add a descriptive tag or two (you can add as many as you'd like). Press Enter when you're done. Press OK to save the change.
