Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It is intuitive, easy to use, provides adequate help for new users requiring guidance, and provides flexible outlets for PDF use. On the down side, I do not require a secure connection for my PDF work, and the lag in loading and saving my changes & files is distracting and unpleasant.

I absolutely LOVE this program. However, I hate the pop-ups with the NEXT button. This isn't a feature that I need, and is very annoying. Please add an option to turn off this feature.

the two forms that I needed to fill out for Social Security,SSA-3368 and SSA-827 ,your system had the forms to fill out and to print up the filled out forms so I can fax the document to them. very easy to follow steps to make sure you fill out the form fully

Their customer service is great. They take you seriously and reply with grace and find solutions for you efficiently.
PDF filler is easy to use and a great tool for me who is using it constantly to merge files and reduce them to a smaller size. Especially useful for anyone applying for jobs and need to have everything in one document.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

Very well done product
This is the best PDF modifying software I've ever used. I'm tempted to pay post the trial, I've used it like 15x since the first time I made a simple change.

What do you like best?
I love that PDF Fillers allows me to use me to organize my files into folders. I am able to sort my files and access with ease.
What do you dislike?
I wish the platform would be available a downloadable app for the desktop.It would be easier than logging on to a website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The pdf filler is get if you really need to get yourself organized. It's also great for signing documents. The pdfFiller also is easy to navigate.

How do you bookmark a page in PDF?
Click the Bookmarks button on the left to open the Bookmarks panel.
Open the page where you want the bookmark to link to, and adjust the view settings.
Use the Select tool to select the area of the page you want to bookmark: ...
Select the bookmark under which you want to place the new bookmark.
How do I split a PDF and keep bookmarks?
Choose View > Tools > Organize Pages > Open to open the Organize Pages toolbar.
Click the Split button.
Choose Top level bookmarks from the Split by menu, and click on Split.
