The user interface takes some getting used to after using DocuSign for 8 years. However, the customer service is second to none and has made the transition as smooth as I could have hoped for! Top notch to say the least!

The program very intelligently interprets PDF images, creating fields in just the right spot for us to type our responses in, while avoiding the print-write-scan-save cycle.

What is the difference between a warranty deed and a survivorship deed?
A deed is a legal document that transfers property from one party to another. ... A warranty deed is the most comprehensive and provides the most guarantees. Survivorship isn't so much a deed as a title. It's a way to co-own property where, upon the death of one owner, ownership automatically passes to the survivor.
What is a survivorship warranty deed?
A survivorship deed is a deed conveying title to real estate into the names of two or more persons as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. Upon the death of one owner, the property passes to and vests in the name of the surviving owner or owners.
What is a joint tenancy with survivorship warranty deed?

What does right of survivorship mean on a deed?

Does my deed have right of survivorship?

Can a survivorship deed be changed?
John Beardsley Title Jr. No, a Will cannot change the form of ownership of property. Wills are used to transfer property that doesn't transfer on its own. Joint and Survivorship property automatically passes to the survivor on the death of the other owner outside of Probate, so it doesn't matter what the Will says.
