I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

Great customer service Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

I cannot really say anything I dislike about the product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is utilized in our company for signing in our timesheet and it helps me to become more productive. In just a second I can automatically attach my e-signature. Publication refers to publication of notice that an LLC was formed and filed with the NYS Dept. of State. While publication itself does not actually create the LLC and is not required for its initial formation, it is required after the entity is formed (filed w/ the Dept. of State).
