Quite good!Only after I finished, did I see that the date next to my signature at the bottom was misaligned and printing over some text on the form. So, I had to go back to edit that. Very helpful tool, though!

Excellent
Saves me from taking up so much of my memory on the office computers. Easy access and you can edit your documents anytime.
It is very handy and you can save your work plus be able to edit your documents at a later time....
need to be able to tab from filler boxes and be able to automatically type in the boxes without having to add text boxes

Twice a year I need to turn a pdf form into a fillable form. I don't need a subscription for such a minimal need. I wish there was truly a free way to do this without creating a trial subscription.

Can you change the name on an apartment lease?
Changing the names on the rental agreement is possible, provided you follow the appropriate steps. It's not as easy to switch housemates as asking one to move out and another to move in. The landlord has to give permission, and the lease has to be updated or a new one drafted to reflect the new tenants.
Can I give my apartment lease to someone else?
Answer. Under a typical lease assignment, you transfer all of your space to someone else for the entire remaining term of the lease, and the new tenant pays rent directly to the landlord. It can be as informal as a note, but, at a minimum, it should identify the landlord, the current tenant (you) and the assignee.
How do you let someone take over your lease?
Check local laws. Check local laws to see if your landlord is required to mitigate damages caused by unpaid rent. Check your landlord's policies. Find a replacement tenant. Make sure the potential tenant is qualified. Prepare an assignment agreement. Submit your request for landlord consent. Execute your agreement.
Can a landlord refuse a lease transfer?
Landlords can refuse consent if the proposed new tenant cannot provide good references or has no previous trading history. However, the landlord may give consent subject to conditions (but any conditions must themselves be reasonable.) Of course the tenant may not agree with the landlords reasons if consent is withheld.
How do I transfer a lease agreement?
Get the Landlord's Permission. Talk to the landlord about transferring your lease to a new tenant. Search For a New Tenant. If the landlord's happy with an assignment in principle, you'll need to find a potential new tenant. Let the Landlord Decide. Organize a Move Out Inspection. Make It Legal.
Can you change people on a lease?
Each tenant takes on equal responsibility for the Lease Agreement. A Change of Shared Tenancy is where the tenants' names on a lease agreement are changed due to tenants moving out and/or moving in. This can occur for any number of tenants moving, as long as at least one of the original tenants remains on the lease.
Can you switch people on a lease?
Answer. Under a typical lease assignment, you transfer all of your space to someone else for the entire remaining term of the lease, and the new tenant pays rent directly to the landlord. If the new tenant fails to pay rent or damages the rental, your landlord could look to you for compensation.
Can you revise a lease agreement?
A Lease Amendment is used to modify an existing Lease Agreement between a tenant and landlord by adding or removing clauses, or changing existing clauses. An amendment allows the parties to change the terms without having to sign a new Lease Agreement.
