Incorporate Number Application: full-featured PDF editor

Since PDF is the most popular file format for business transactions, having the best PDF editor is a necessity.

The most commonly-used document formats can be easily converted into PDF. This makes creating and sharing most of them easy. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF instead of keeping its content in different file formats. The Portable Document Format is also the best choice in case you want to control the appearance of your content.

There are many solutions allowing you to modify PDFs, but there are only a few to cover all use cases and don't cost you a fortune.

With pdfFiller, you can annotate, edit, convert PDF files to other formats, fill them out and add an e-signature in the same browser tab. You don’t need to download any applications.

Use one of the methods below to upload your form template and start editing:

01
Upload a document from your device.
02
Get the form you need in our catalog using the search field.
03
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your sample.
04
Upload a document from the cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Add images to your PDF and edit its layout. Change a page order. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Collaborate with other people to fill out the fields and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. Having the option to save a filled form as a template is very helpful. The customization and array of options is allowing me to complete tasks, for which I previously needed multiple programs.

What do you like best?
As a Realtor, my whole business is based on electronic documentation. PDF filler is kind of named poorly, because it really is a PDF editor. It allows you to easily change almost anything on a pdf document...across both desktop and mobile platforms. It simply works as you'd expect it to...every time. I use it practically every day.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were better tools for generating lines (how about a toggle into and out of orthagonal for a line?) It should allow deeper zooming with a thumbnail view showing where you are in the overall document. I like my pdfs to look perfect and sometimes these limit me in that goal.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
A Realtor literally lives or dies on his/her electronic documentation. This tool lets me master the changes that inevitably occur with documents. I use it every day.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You must incorporate your business before applying for an employer identification number with the IRS. However, if you own a sole proprietorship or partnership and don't currently plan to incorporate, you can use your Social Security number for tax purposes and to register for an EIN.
Note: EIN stands for Employer Identification Number. It's also called Federal Tax ID Number or VEIN. However, you can also get an EIN for your LLC before your LLC is approved, but we do not recommend doing this.
You need to create the entity (LLC or C corp) first, and then apply for an EIN. Otherwise, there would be nothing to get a number for. The answer is before you form your LLC. An EIN is a unique nine-digit number assigned by the IRS to business entities operating in the United States.
Go to the IRS website and download Form SS-4, Application for Employer Identification Number. Print the form and complete all required information. After you submit the form, expect a wait of four to five weeks to receive your EIN, according to the IRS.
As we mentioned before, single-person LCS and sole proprietors aren't technically required to have an EIN, since they're still taxed as individuals. In that case, you may not want to get a unique business tax ID (more on that in a moment) and just want to open a business bank account without an EIN.
How long does it take to get an EIN number. If you complete the application online you can get your EIN immediately. The mail- in process takes about 4 weeks.
Most online companies that provide incorporation services also include a service for getting an EIN, often charging $75 or more. You can get your EIN yourself for free. To apply for an EIN, all you need to fill out IRS form SS-4 or file online. The IRS does not charge any filing fees to get an EIN.
An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number, and is used to identify a business entity. You may apply for an EIN in various ways, and now you may apply online. This is a free service offered by the Internal Revenue Service and you can get your EIN immediately.
