I needed PDF Filler (or something like it) for a specific purpose and for a short time. It got the job done. I was surprised to see the Annual Fee ($72.00) show up on my credit card statement, instead of the monthly fee ($6.00). I cancelled my subscription on 4/11/2016, and have been checking my statements for a refund. Am I waiting in vain?

That the products are exceptional goes without saying, but even the best product can fail without a solid customer service/ support team. Each time I have contacted PDFfiller I have received a prompt response outlining viable solutions and knowledgeable answers. Best PDF Solution I work with PDF's every single day and that requires a software that can handle PDF files with ease and allow me to create and edit these on a moment's notice. PDFfiller is perfect for that. PDFfiller allows me to store private data fields (and documents) safely and share them with the right recipients knowing no one can intercept the private data on the way. My team and I often use the same templates on a daily/weekly basis, which saves us a lot of time all together. The interface itself is easy to use once you get the hang of things. All things considered, PDFfiller is an outstanding solution for all your business' PDF Needs. PDFfiller took a few days to learn the basic functionality of, but that is to be expected from a software that provides us with great value. I did not deduct any points for this as this is a very minor inconvenience.

What do you like best? I love that I can fax items as well as the W-2/1099 features that are integrated into the IRS system! It makes my roles as a small business owner much easier with these tools. What do you dislike? I wish more features, such as sending documents for signatures, were added. Even just 1-2 documents a month would be helpful for my small business. A fax number included would also be helpful. I have been able to get a fax number for virtual faxing for much cheaper elsewhere. It would be nice to have an all in one for less than $25 a month or so. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great way to keep costs low while still running with the bigger companies and their larger budgets. From creating my own documents to faxing things for clients- great investment for virtual tools in your business! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The IRS integration have helped me navigate some of the tax paperwork I need to do for my employees. The fax feature is super helpful for getting paperwork out for our clients.
