I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. At least, I will keep your website as a place to go to if there is a future need. Could you please cancel my membership after the 30 days I already paid? Thank you.

Has a lot of features which will be most beneficial as soon as we learn to use them. Is an easy program to enter information into for forms and hopefully the longer we use it the more efficient we will become. Such as the feature of creating a template from a form instead of what we did which was to do it over and over again, and not recognizing the way to save it online.

THNX PDFFILLER I couldn't seem to find any document editors that were actually worth using, until i came across PDF FIler! Instead of going to the local courthouse I simply log-in and search for the document in their huge PDF library they have everything from Affadavits- Tax documents they are probably the one and only website that lets you file your taxes right away and will even let you send documents for esignatures as an added bonus! I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had.
