I like the send to sign feature but customers have had difficulty printing copies. Asking for a review so often delays the processing I need to do on business.

I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier. That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it. Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.

On these soils, apply manure only where a cover crop will be established or after October 31 when soil temperatures are prob- ably less than 50 degrees F. If a nitrification inhibitor is used, manure can be applied to these soils after mid-September.
Apply aged or composted manure to your edible garden 90 days prior to harvest if the produce will not come in contact with the soil. Apply 120 days in advance of planting root crops. Never sprinkle it on top of plants, especially lettuce and other leafy greens.
One of the best ways to use manure as plant fertilizer is by mixing it in with compost. Composting manure eliminates the possibility of burning the plants. Another option is to till it into the soil prior to spring planting, such as during fall or winter. Generally, fall is the best time to use manure in the garden.
Heavy feeders include tomatoes, cabbage, celery, eggplant, squash, pumpkins and melons. In addition to the amendments you added prior to planting, side dress these vegetables with a shovelful or two of composted manure after the plants have started blooming.
Once applied, the fertilizer manure should be worked into the top 6 to 9 inches of the soil to ensure the nutrients mix well with the soil. Well-rotted and composted cow manure can go onto the ground in spring. If you plant to apply fresh manure, do it in the fall -- never in the spring or growing season.
