Incorporate Required Field Form: full-featured PDF editor

The PDF is a widely used file format used for business documents because you can access them from any device. PDF documents will always appear the same, whether you open it on a Mac, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

Data protection is another reason why do we rather to use PDF files to store and share personal information and documents. That’s why it’s important to find a secure editor, especially when working online. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents in order to track any and all potential security breaches.

pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that lets you create, modify, sign, and share PDF directly from your internet browser. The editor is integrated with major CRM software and allows users to sign and edit documents from Google Docs or Office 365. Send it to others by fax, email or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and fills it out.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Collaborate with users to fill out the fields. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a form’s page order.

The simplest way to start building a form is right from the Google Forms app. Go to docs.google.com/forms, then either choose a template or start a blank form. There's also a link to Google Forms in Docs, Sheets, and Slides: click File → New → Form to start a new blank form.
Open you Google Forms. Create a Multiple choice grid question, and type your question in. In Rows, add first choice, second choice, third choice and so on. In Columns, add choices from which you want respondents to choose. Turn on Require a response in each row.
”Field is required” is a flag that has absolutely nothing to do with screens. You either need to remove the flag in the field configuration, making it optional, or you need to add the field to the screen, so the user can obey the mandatory rule you've set.
