I have terrible handwriting and often end up having to tear up forms and fill them out again. Especially if the spaces provided to write information are small. This program has worked perfectly for every single document that i have used it for. Very user friendly. Aligns text precisely. Overall extremely satisfied with it.

In United States law, a stipulation is a formal legal acknowledgment and agreement made between opposing parties before a pending hearing or trial. For example, both parties might stipulate to certain facts and so not have to argue them in court. After the stipulation is entered into, it is presented to the judge.
Stipulations are negotiated between the licensee or his/her attorney and the Board's legal representative from the Office of the Attorney General. Once a stipulation is agreed upon and signed by the licensee and the Board's legal representative, the document is voted upon by the Board members.
The agreement by which almost all California license discipline or denial cases are settled is called a stipulated settlement. The stipulated settlement is a proposal sent to the agency head or license board for adoption, which in the case of a board usually means a vote.
A stipulation is an agreement between two parties that is submitted to the judge for approval. It eliminates the need to go to court and have a judge make a decision about an issue. A written Stipulation and Order includes the parties' agreement, both of their notarized signatures, and the judge's signature.
When you sign a Stipulation of Settlement you are making a binding legal agreement that must be followed. You do not have to settle the case if you do not think it is fair. You do not have to speak to the other side without the Judge unless you want to.
Stipulations for entry of judgement, pursuant to which a judgement will be entered for a larger amount if the defendant fails to timely pay a lesser agreed upon amount, are commonly used to facilitate settle- meet.
When the Final Judgment is entered, your Settlement Agreement becomes a Court Order, enforceable by contempt proceedings in the event of non-compliance. If you and your spouse or partner are able to agree on isolated issues in your matter, you can enter into a stipulation relative to those issues.
Stipulations and Settlements. In a settlement, the parties determine the outcome of the case and there is no trial before a judge or jury. Many cases are settled, meaning the parties come to an agreement, usually called a “Stipulation of Settlement,” which is written down and signed by the parties and the Judge.
