A very useful tool for paperless office work.
It helps me to save paper and electricity by not using physical papers for my office documents. I do most of my office work online only with the help of this software.
It allows me to get e-signatures on my office documents. Being a cloud based program it allows me do all my pdf related work online only.
I don't find auto save feature in this application. I had to lose my unsaved work many time when I closed my system accidentally.

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. I sincerely sense these is going to be my 'go-to' platform for many of my pdf needs. I need to keep on top & keep up ;).

Is stamp paper legal?
Documents, when executed on stamp paper of the prescribed value, are valid and legitimate. Documents that are properly stamped are proper legal documents and can be admitted as evidence by the court. A document inadequately stamped is liable to be impounded and penalties imposed.
Is stamp paper valid?
Validity and expiry of old stamp paper: (see here), it was held by the Supreme Court that a stamp paper, even if it is more than six months old, is valid to be used. Section 54 just bars taking refund after six months of purchase, but it does not restrict the use of such old stamp paper for an agreement.
Is agreement on stamp paper valid?
Agreements on normal papers (and not stamp paper) are valid in evidence and are enforceable as against the parties who have signed the same. They can be used as evidence and proof in a court.
How can you tell if stamp paper is valid?

Is there any expiry date for stamp paper?
The stamp papers do not have any expiry period. Section 54 does not require the person who has purchased a stamp paper, to use it within six months. Therefore, there is no impediment for a stamp paper purchased more than six months prior to the proposed date of execution, being used for a document.
