The complaint has a First Count, Second Count, Third Count and Fourth Count. The form did not allow editing of the formatting to insert space for identifying the "Count" being addressed. Otherwise, the form was fine.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
What is tagging, and how does it work? When you tag someone, you create a link to their profile. The post you tag the person in may also be added to that person's timeline. For example, you can tag a photo to show who's in the photo or post a status update and say who you're with.
Using the # tag generally indicates that you want to participate in a larger, ongoing conversation — for example, a conference (#SHRM15) or a popular subject (#social media). Using the @ tag signifies to someone that you're talking about them, giving them a heads-up about something, and/or would like them to respond.
A web tag or website tag is a tool used to gather data on a website. This tag is a piece of JavaScript code, a small pixel, or a transparent image that enables the collection of unique information about a person and on-site behaviors across an organization's digital properties.
Tagged.com is a free-to-use online dating service where users can meet new people and talk online. Initially the service was set up for users under 18 and was a popular meeting site for teens.
Look at what influencers are doing. See what's trending. Be specific. Use unbranded (but relevant) hashtags. Cater your hashtags to the site you're using.
Simply put, tagging identifies someone else in a post, photo or status update that you share. A tag may also notify that person that you have mentioned them or referred to them in a post or a photo, and provide a link back to their profile. You can tag someone in a photo that you share to identify them in the photo.
A page tag is a tool that allows you to mark or categorize a page or groups of pages on your website. Page tags allow you to identify, with greater ease and in more business-relevant terms, what your website visitors are accessing. Think of a page tag as a bucket that has a particular theme to it.
Tags are simple pieces of data usually no more than one to three words that describe information on a document, web page, or another digital file. Tags provide details about an item and make it easy to locate related items that have the same tag.
