Exceptional Support ... Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I am truly impressed and will gladly do business with them again.D. McPhersonEntrepreneur

Such a great tool! Any PDF document is instantly editable in PDFfiller. With this app I can to edit contracts, which are signed by customers. Perhaps they do not have a very convenient editor interface. I often can not find what I need. I hope they fix it soon.

Know your stuff. Know the downside. Present like a pro. Get it protected. Submit smart! Analyze your targeted licensee. Don't reinvent procedures. Find a champion.
A licensing agreement is a legal contract between two parties, known as the licensor and the licensee. In a typical licensing agreement, the licensor grants the licensee the right to produce and sell goods, apply a brand name or trademark, or use patented technology owned by the licensor.
Royalty rates vary per industry, but a good rule of thumb is between 2-3% on the low end, and 7-10% on the high end. I have licensed consumer products for as low as 3% and as high as 7%, with 5% being the most common and a generally fair number.
The most common types of licensing agreements include technology (patents), trademarks (merchandise), copyright and trade secrets (know-how). Sometimes these agreements include more than one type of IP. The common forms of patent licenses include exclusive, non-exclusive, and cross-licenses.
In other words, a licensing agreement grants the licensee the ability to use intellectual property owned by the licensor. Licensing agreements are commonly used by the licensor to commercialize their intellectual property.

With a licensing agreement, you're selling your brand. Disney, for example, is a titan of licensing. A franchise agreement is more restrictive than a license agreement: franchisors expect franchisees to do things the company way. Usually franchisors also provide more support and training than a licensor.
A licensing agreement is an arrangement whereby a licensor grants the right to intangible property to another entity for a specified period, and in return, the licensor receives a royalty fee from the licensee. Intangible property includes patents, inventions, formulas, processes, designs, copyrights, and trademarks.
