Overall easy to use, however, there are instances where the edits on the pdf become warped, other times its difficult to remove words or characters. There should be a save option versus a Save As, as that navigates you to another screen. Or have an auto save option. Overall good program but still has small defects.

I love this app just wish when using the Text Feature, when filling in a form with white space, that you could move the text box if it is not aligned .

Program is very intuitive and easy to use. I spend less than 10 mins to recreate a document for Customers and it makes a world of difference.

I don't think I have any dislike...or at least none that I've come across too.

It's a must have program...so easy to use and it does it all. Plus an extra bonus is that it's less in cost then the highest competitor. WIN, WIN!

I edit our invoices & receipts. I'm able to provide progress invoices that our system doesn't do. This helps our Customers tremendously to understand paperwork.

What do you like best?
- Supports multiple document formats (images, multitude of text data interchange)
- Flexibility of drag and drop controls (date, text, etc)
- Ease of merging and detaching individual pages / coalesced documents
What do you dislike?
"Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Huge improvement from Adobe Acrobat to complete forms

my experience has been mostly with export documents that need to send to freight forwarders. what I really need is reference for HS codes that are uniform and acceptable and how this system integrates within our network.

This program/software is very user friendly. When I started my 30 day trial, I just couldn't believe how comfortable I felt using this program. I'm very happy with it. I am happy that I was invited to a webinar, this will help me master the program.

Outstanding customer service
So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

How do I get my certificate of incorporation?
If you formed your company via 1st Formations, you can download a copy of your certificate of incorporation by logging into your account on our website and clicking on 'My Companies' > Select your company from the list > Click on the 'Documents' tab. You'll then be able to download your PDF copy of the certificate.
How long does it take to set up a corporation in California?
Time to process your corporation or LLC formation varies by state with routine processing taking 4 – 6 weeks or even more in the slowest states. Expedited Processing will reduce that time to about 10 business days or less except just a few states.
