Handy service, wish it was a little cheaper and a little more intuitive. It should be easy to fill in a form over and over but there is no save as, so you end up redoing your work a lot as it saves over it.

Need to fill out forms electronically, avoiding hand written forms that ulitmately creates errors and makes your efforts for not. Love this company helped in a pinch and was such a useful easy tool to use, I recommend it.

I think its a good app but it should be…
I think its a good app but it should be free for certain things like creating a fillable pdf. im kinda rusty on mydocument skills but im pretty sure you can do the same thing in microsoft office for free . but i just needed 1 document and the 30 day trial worked for me. im not really sure what else the app can do so maybe its worth it to some people. but it was fairely easyy to navigate and figure out how to do stuff thanks chris

I cancelled the subscription 11/11/2021 and pdffiller took my money via PayPal at 11/12/2021. I don't understand why. It's no honest. I don't even have an account on your site

How do you find the value of an index?

Current index value is the most current value for the underlying indexed rate in a variable rate loan. It should reflect general market conditions, and changes based on changes in the market.
How do you calculate the index rate?
Add the index rate to your loan's spread to find what could be your fully-indexed rate. For example, if your index is 0.38 percent and your spread is 325 basis points, which is equal to adding 3.25 percent, your fully-indexed rate might be 3.63 percent -- but you're not done yet.
