Index Approve Document: easy document editing

The right PDF editor is vital to improve the workflow.

The most widely used document formats can be easily converted into PDF. You can also create just one PDF file to replace multiple documents of different formats. The Portable Document Format is also the best option in case you want to control the appearance of your content.

Many solutions allow you to edit PDFs, but there are only a few that cover all the use cases and don't cost you a fortune.

With pdfFiller, it is possible to annotate, edit, convert PDFs to other formats, add your digital signature and fill out in just one browser window. You don’t need to install any applications.

Make a document yourself or upload an existing form using the next methods:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the link to your sample.
03
Find the form you need in the catalog using the search.
04
Upload a document from a cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once a document is uploaded, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a page order. Add images to your PDF and edit its appearance. Collaborate with other users to fill out the document. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

I love this PDF editor. Two questions: 1. Do you have an off-line version? 2. Do you have a function to edit existing text instead of erasing the text?

What do you like best?
I like that we can search the internet for fillable forms. I also like that we can email and fax right from pdffiller
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have had is when using the iPad or iPhone version. The dates become messed up for some reason. Very simple to fix once I’m back in a computer though.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This allows me to send insurance documents without having to go through multiple websites.
