Unclear as to whether or not I can save multiple versions of the fillable form for future editing, which I assume, but it's not intuitive, otherwise I would have rated 5.

took a while to figure it out. Not sure if I am happy that anyone tyhat fgets a form must log into your online app. Want to have them do it in acrobat reader onlt.

easy to use
easy to use, it would be good if you could copy text and paste it i might not have worked out how to do that yet if its there, and insert signature would be helpful, that might be there already but i couldnt find it otherwise its easy to use and easy to send documents

Everything is okay so far.
Everything is okay so far, thank god for the merging feature. Only thing that bothered me is the zoom selection sometimes doesn't appear. Might give feedback if i encounter anything else

Should you index a date column?
The general rule with indexes is they speed retrieval of data with large data sets, but SLOW the insertion and update of records. If you have millions of rows, and need to select a small subset of them, then an index most likely will improve performance when doing a SELECT.
When should you create an index table?
Create an index if you frequently want to retrieve less than about 15% of the rows in a large table. Index columns that are used for joins to improve join performance.
When should an index be created?
An index on a column slows the performance of inserts, updates and deletes. A database that is frequently updated should have fewer indexes than one that is read-only. Space considerations Indexes take up space within the database. If database size is a primary concern, you should create indexes sparingly.
When should indexes be avoided?
Indexes should not be used on small tables. Tables that have frequent, large batch updates or insert operations. Indexes should not be used on columns that contain a high number of NULL values. Columns that are frequently manipulated should not be indexed.
Why do we create index on tables?
The CREATE INDEX statement is used to create indexes in tables. Indexes are used to retrieve data from the database more quickly than otherwise. The users cannot see the indexes, they are just used to speed up searches/queries.
