I would like to attend a webinar at some time, but for next few months I am far to busy to take time and energy for the webinar. Faced with the daunting task of filling in the complete IRS 990 (due to the dissolution of a 501c7 non-profit corporation of which I was the treasurer) I have found that the PDFfiller program is a real godsend -- so much so that I almost regret not having an excuse to continue as a subscriber once the trial-period expires. But I will highly recommend the program to anyone I might know who regularly is faced with filing long or complicated tax forms.

The instructions were clear and the mechanisms to enter and modify data was easy to understand and complete. I'm not facile with computer programs and this was easy for me to complete.

PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. I had some issues learning certain pdfFiller features and I was surprised how fast Customer Support got back to me with assistance. I also liked pdfFiller's Forms library for ease and convenience and the ability to sign forms remotely.

I'm trying to setup guardianship for my Grand Children. Form completion worked well. Problem arose when I had to setup the second child. What's needed is the ability to have the app assign the file name.

Student charged 115€ despite cancelling…
Student charged 115€ despite cancelling free trial – very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on pdffiller. I had signed up for the free trial, made sure to cancel it before the end, and yet I was still charged €115.20 for a full annual subscription without my consent.
I am a student, and this unexpected charge has pushed my bank account into overdraft, causing me financial stress. I never agreed to any paid subscription, and when I log into my account, it still shows as “free”, proving that I had cancelled on time.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized that many other customers are facing the exact same issue — this seems to be a recurring problem.
I have contacted customer support and sincerely hope they will resolve this quickly and refund me. But this situation is really unfair and unacceptable.
