Index Equation Transcript: make editing documents online simple

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a popular document format for various reasons. PDFs are accessible on any device to share them between devices with different screen resolution and settings. It will appear the same no matter you open it on a Mac or an Android smartphone.

Data safety is another reason we would rather use PDF files for storing and sharing personal information and documents. That’s why it’s important to find a secure editing tool, especially when working online. PDF files can not only be password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents and track potential security breaches.

pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and share PDF files directly from your internet browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google Sheet, start editing it and add some fillable fields to make a document singable. Send it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and fills it out.

Use powerful editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Ask other users to complete the fields. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Start with the pdfFiller uploader.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content or add a new one.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add them for text, signatures, images and more.
04
