It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

It takes a minute to get use to but I think I'm getting it. Trying to use to send files to the government. I was trying to figure out how to just save a pdf filled out.... there are so many pop up windows.

The second way to get into your app's notification priority level setting is to go to the Apps tab in your Settings Menu. To get there, pull down your notification bar twice, so you can tap the Gear icon. Scroll to the app you'd like to alter and tap on it.
Toggle the Priority slider to on if you want notifications from that app to be considered Priority notifications. You can also get to this screen any time an app's notification appears by pressing and holding on the notification until you see the little info button (it looks like a lowercase “i” in a circle) appear.

When you tap the gear icon, a new popup will appear asking what priority you want to give to that particular app (Figure B). Tap Show Notifications Silently, Block All Notifications, or Don't Silence Or Block. Tap Done.
Open your phone's Settings app. Tap Apps & notifications. Under Recently Sent, tap an app. Tap a type of notification. Choose your options: Choose Alerting or Silent. To see a banner for alerting notifications when your phone is unlocked, turn on Pop on screen.
