I had a little issue trying to find out how to print the form. Also, the little movable box that kept showing me where to check got in the way of reading the document. I X'ed it out most of the time so I could read the instructions.

I was annoyed that I had to enter credit card info for a free trial. It makes me feel as if I'm being tricked into keeping your service. Very pleased with how the product works though.

Unfortunately, probably not; mobile phone companies can increase prices mid-contract to keep them inline with inflation as long as they warned you about it in the terms and conditions when you signed up. This means it's unlikely you'll be able to leave penalty free.

Phone and broadband providers can change the terms of a contract so long as they provide a month's notice. ... If this happens then your provider should usually still let you know about these changes but your right to exit your contract without penalty may be more limited.
Ofcom proposes that consumers should be allowed to exit a contract without penalty if the provider introduces any price increases during the term of the contract.
Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon are now willing to pay your early termination fee or part of your remaining phone payment balance when you switch networks (check each provider's website for details). Before switching, it's always good to reread your current phone plan and compare it to your desired new plan.
Probably, yes. If the price has increased because of a tiered contract, you'll likely face a penalty if you cancel. But if it's increased out of the blue, higher than the rate of inflation, you're entitled to cancel with no penalty — even if you're still within the minimum terms of your contract.
All the major mobile phone networks have, at some point, increased prices for their pay monthly customers. ... Ofcom proposes that consumers should be allowed to exit a contract without penalty if the provider introduces any price increases during the term of the contract.
I signed up or upgraded pre-23 January: O2 says only those whose prices rise by more than 10% compared to their previous month's bill can exit their contract penalty-free. As this is a 2.7% increase, you won't be able to use this caveat to escape fee-free.
BT has told us it's writing to all customers who'll be affected by the price rises and will contact them all by August at the latest. It's confirmed that if you're affected you will be able to leave your contract penalty-free if you let it know within 30 days of receiving its notification.
