Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. Best value for this type of service hands-down. As a small business, the price-point is phenomenal! Highly recommend PDFfiller!!

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

How to Use the Index Photo Work Feature in pdfFiller
The Index Photo Work feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily organize and manage your documents by adding index photos to them. Follow these simple steps to make the most out of this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account or create a new one if you don't have an account yet.

Once you're logged in, click on the 'My Forms' tab at the top of the page.

Select the document you want to work with from the list of your forms.

On the right-hand side of the screen, you'll see a toolbar. Click on the 'Index Photo Work' button.

A new window will open, showing your document with a thumbnail view on the left side.

To add an index photo, simply click on the 'Add Index Photo' button located above the thumbnail view.

You can choose to upload an image from your computer or select one from your pdfFiller library.

Once you've selected an image, it will appear as an index photo in the thumbnail view.

You can rearrange the order of the index photos by dragging and dropping them in the thumbnail view.

To delete an index photo, hover over it and click on the 'X' button that appears.

After you've added all the necessary index photos, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes to your document.

You can now easily navigate through your document using the index photos. Simply click on a thumbnail to jump to that specific page.

If you want to remove the index photos from your document, click on the 'Index Photo Work' button again and then click on the 'Remove All Index Photos' button.

Remember to save your document after removing the index photos to finalize the changes.
