It has allowed me to "type" forms that I would have otherwise needed to hand write or type on an old fashioned typewriter (which I still have). I didn't like the way the numeric columns lined up. I didn't see a way to insure that they were all right aligned.

The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

NEAP stands for National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program and is a national accreditation program developed by the CELAC institute. CELAC standards for laboratories are modeled after similar ISO standards.
The 2009 TNA Standard TNA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to foster the generation of environmental data of known and documented quality through an open, inclusive, and transparent process that is responsive to the needs of the community.
Certification is used for verifying that personnel have adequate credentials to practice certain disciplines, as well as for verifying that products meet certain requirements. LAP is a system for accrediting laboratories found competent to perform specific tests or calibrations or types of tests or calibrations.
Laboratory accreditation is a means of determining the technical competence of laboratories to perform specific types of testing, measurement and calibration. ... clients are encouraged to check with the laboratory as to what specific tests or measurements they are accredited for, and for what ranges or uncertainties.
laboratory accreditation thus provides a means of evaluating the competence of laboratories to perform specific types of testing, measurement and calibration. It also allows a laboratory to determine whether it is performing its work correctly and to appropriate standards.
Traceable means that the result of a measurement can be related to stated references of either national or international standards, through an unbroken chain of comparisons. An accredited calibration service provider is one that has been approved by an accreditation body.
ISO/IEC 17025 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories is the main ISO standard used by testing and calibration laboratories. In most countries, ISO/IEC 17025 is the standard for which most labs must hold accreditation in order to be deemed technically competent.
Accreditation vs Certification represents a written assurance by a third party of the conformity of a product, process or service to specified requirements. Accreditation, on the other hand, is the formal recognition by an authoritative body of the competence to work to specified standards.
In order for a laboratory to become accredited it must not only prove it has a quality system that meets the specific requirements, it must also prove it is technically competent, i.e. meets the claimed measurement accuracies and traceability, for the testing or calibrations listed on its Scope of Accreditation.
An accredited calibration service provider is one that has been approved by an accreditation body. During the accreditation process, the laboratory needs to prove the traceability of their measurements to a national or international standard.
