It shows a classic shot of the Statue, which was dedicated in 1886. Lady Liberty has been featured on more than 25 stamps, envelopes and post cards, beginning in 1922. This mint booklet pane of 20 self-adhesive stamps was issued for a rate change and had a face value of 34¢.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) introduced the Liberty Bell Forever stamp on April 12, 2007. It was the first Forever stamp introduced and sold for 41 cents, which was the cost of a first-class stamp as of May 14, 2007.
On September 25, 2013, the USPS announced a 3 cent increase in the First Class postal rate, to be effective January 26, 2014, increasing the price of a stamp to 49 cents.
The forever stamp will always be valid as first-class postage on standard envelopes weighing one ounce or less, regardless of any subsequent increases in the first-class rate. The stamp art depicts the liberty bell, which is perhaps the most prominent and recognizable symbol associated with American independence.

The 2020 postage stamp price is $0.55. Any regular forever stamp is now worth $0.55.
The stamps will be issued in a Double-Sided Book format and known as Lady Liberty and U.S. Flag. Forever stamps are always equal in value to the current First-Class Mail 1-ounce rate. The stamp was originally issued in December 2010. Made in the USA.
