the biggest difficulty I have is when I am trying to re-order documents (move them left or right) -- it is just very difficult to see them. I wish the functionality allowed for enlarging the docs so that I could see what it is.

What is an index formula?

What is an index formula in Excel?
The Microsoft Excel INDEX function returns a value in a table based on the intersection of a row and column position within that table. It can be used as a worksheet function (WS) in Excel. As a worksheet function, the INDEX function can be entered as part of a formula in a cell of a worksheet.
How do you use index function?

How do you use index reference in Excel?
The reference form of the Excel INDEX function returns the cell reference at the intersection of the specified row and column. Reference — is one or several ranges. How do you use match formula?
The MATCH function searches for a specified item in a range of cells, and then returns the relative position of that item in the range. For example, if the range A1:A3 contains the values 5, 25, and 38, then the formula =MATCH(25,A1:A3,0) returns the number 2, because 25 is the second item in the range.
