Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. As per the 'Pro's' above, when edited could be then be immediately sent by mail to my counter-party sitting across a meeting room table. Crucially important for editing legal documents...........
Every had a pdf file or document that you can't collect text sections,OR fill in a form, or add notations or extend a document. I did, and often, and I wanted it to look professional as possible, be online, so access from off office meetings was available, and documents changeable in an instant. One that when edited could be then be immediately sent by mail to my counter-party sitting across a meeting room table. Crucially important for editing legal documents. Then I found PDFfiller, it does that and more and I would highly recommend it, a reasonable cost for an excellent product that continues to update and improve its offering. Keep up the good work!
A little bit cumbersome in remembering how to download a finished document, could be just me, but clearer tags or instructions might help

Super responsive
Have had an account with these guys for a few years now so its about time I did a review. The features are good and I can do all the things I need to edit documents. If something goes wrong they are super responsive and provide fixes/solutions very quickly. Highly recommended.

The formatting on this website isn’t good. The page doesn’t load properly, which doesn’t allow you to find the options to cancel your subscription before charging you. Luckily, in the support chat, Thomas was very helpful and understanding.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
