Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

Easy to use!
I found the system very easy to use and have only scratched the surface. Converting documents to an editable form was easy to do and the system made it easy to find available PDF or other formatted versions online.
Saving different versions or templates was a bit of a challenge but that was easily remedied.

What do you like best?
The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support
What do you dislike?
The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product

I used it to fill out contracts and pay applications along with notarized documents with my commercial construction company

OMG Dee Was AMAZING! I started off so frustrated that I couldn't call someone. Took a couple of hours to get through what I needed and she was just amazing. Next time I need assistance I hope I get her.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Can you make a PDF searchable?
When a document is converted to or created as a PDF document, the content is not automatically searchable. Even if a PDF has been scanned and saved as an image, the text may be made searchable by applying the optical character recognition, or OCR, text-recognizing function and saving the document.
