Good so far; expensive, however, AND when I agreed to your discounted one year offer when I intended to cancel after one month, I didn't realize the sum offered was in addition to the $20 one month fee, so it didn't turn out to be such a great deal after all. I was canceling, because I honestly don't see myself using this much more if even ever again. However, for the discounted rate (WITHOUT the $20 added in), I thought 'why not?' I am going to evaluate over the next couple weeks to see if I really DO want to continue a subscription, discount or otherwise.

I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

Great and easy way to make sure your PDFs are signed, sealed, and delivered as quick as possible.
As a contract administrator for my company, this makes signing PDFs easy, and allows it to be done in a timely manner. Easy to navigate, allows you to download your finished, signed PDF for storage.
Takes a little bit of time to learn the advanced functions, and a variety of color coding features who make highlighting PDFs more efficient when needed/if multiple people are adding notes.

Excellent, easy to use and saves a lot of time
It has saved me time mainly and a lot of hassles in getting physical signatures.
I have signed and shared documents within minutes rather than signing/scanning or mailing.
If you want to save time and get your documents signed ASAP, PDFfiller is a must have software. You can use it anywhere as long as you're online and you can edit it too without any hassles. It's very affordable.

So useful!
I use pdfFiller to quickly complete forms. It even has my signature saved so I can sign the document at the end. Since I type much faster than I write, I prefer pdfFiller rather than printing and filling out forms my hand.
It makes completing forms much easier without having to print and fill them out by hand,
I have no issues with pdfFiller. It works well for me.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

How long do you have to report a HIPAA breach?
Data Breaches Experienced by HIPAA Business Associates Any breach of unsecured protected health information must be reported to the covered entity within 60 days of the discovery of a breach. While this is the absolute deadline, business associates must not delay notification unnecessarily.
Are you required to report HIPAA violations?
HIPAA Breach Notification Rule. Not all HIPAA violations are required to be reported to the relevant patient or HHS. Under the breach notification rule, covered entities are only required to self-report if there is a breach of unsecured PHI. (45 CFR § 164,400 et seq.).
Can you get in trouble for not reporting a HIPAA violation?
Not all internal violations of HIPAA Rules need to be reported, but the failure to notify the patient and OCR of a reportable breach could result in a financial penalty. In such cases, the matter can be escalated and a complaint filed with the HHS' Office for Civil Rights The main enforcer of HIPAA Rules.
What constitutes a breach of HIPAA?
A breach is defined in HIPAA section 164.402, as highlighted in the HIPAA Survival Guide, as: The acquisition, access, use, or disclosure of protected health information in a manner not permitted which compromises the security or privacy of the protected health information.
Who do you report Hippo violations to?
The Office for Civil Rights (“OCR”) of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services provides an OCR Health Information Privacy Complaint Form Package on its website. You will use this form to report a HIPAA violation by downloading it, completing it, and then submitting it to the appropriate entity.
When must a breach be reported?
Any breach of unsecured protected health information must be reported to the covered entity within 60 days of the discovery of a breach.
What is a reportable breach under HIPAA?
The unauthorized acquisition, access, use, or disclosure of unsecured PHI in violation of the HIPAA privacy rule is presumed to be a reportable breach unless the covered entity or business associate determines that there is a low probability that the data has been compromised or the action fits within an exception.
