I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. The program is awesome. Spectacular. Your business practices are manipulative and shady. As much as I like the actual experience of using your website, the way you rope people in to pay for the privilege only AFTER they finish their documents is clearly intentional and very very suspect. For that reason I will never recommend this to anyone.

It makes pdf documents manageable !! Everyone has some reason to love it!
You have to need it for every day utilization to deserve to buy.
You can do anything on a pdf document. Of course the basic features as to sign, insert date and page number. Highlight words, insert marks, cyrcle a word or an item.Insert an image easily. More specific features: eraser tool, text box, drop down menu (for someone to choose from) and verification of the document! All languages are supported.
The cost is quite salty.. and the history version is missing. Page scroll down is a bit unconvinient that wastes me time in large documents..

Excellent software
I can edit pdf files easily. It is also very easy to place the signature on them
Excellent software, it is very easy to use. Ideal for Fax shipments from documents. I can have online documents to edit them later
Technical support is sometimes very slow. Some images lose a bit of quality. But in general lines this software is very complete

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window. Sam responded, answered my questions quickly, sent me a screenshot of the adjustment I needed to make to the print instructions. From there, everything turned out very well. Thank you Sam!

This is a great program
This is a great program. If i didn't have a similiar program as part of a package, i would have kept it. Definitely recommending to friends looking for a user friendly and affordable program though. Thanks again!
