Great program Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

Good product with a few minor changes You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you

How is a guardianship or conservatorship set up? Someone interested in the individual's welfare must file a petition in Superior Court, Probate Division, requesting appointment of a guardian or conservator. Once the petition is reviewed by the Probate Division and accepted for filing, a hearing is scheduled.
How is a conservatorship started? The filing of a petition and other required forms with the Superior Court starts a conservatorship. A court hearing date will be set approximately four weeks after the filing of the petition.
The out-of-pocket costs to begin a conservatorship are the filing fee, which ranges from $278 to $1,176 (in 2019) depending on the amount of assets, plus the expenses for having the respondent personally served, getting certified copies from the court, etc., which are usually around $200.
Section 2580 of the Probate Code says the Court can have the conservator use Substituted Judgment to make a Will, a trust, or both, to make sure the conservative has an estate plan. You must also file the existing trust and/or Will and a draft trust and/or Will. We recommend you have a lawyer prepare these documents.

An LPS conservatorship terminates automatically after one year or upon the death of the conservative or court order. It can, however, be re-established for additional one-year periods.
