What do you like best?
As a Realtor, my whole business is based on electronic documentation. PDF filler is kind of named poorly, because it really is a PDF editor. It allows you to easily change almost anything on a pdf document...across both desktop and mobile platforms. It simply works as you'd expect it to...every time. I use it practically every day.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were better tools for generating lines (how about a toggle into and out of orthagonal for a line?) It should allow deeper zooming with a thumbnail view showing where you are in the overall document. I like my pdfs to look perfect and sometimes these limit me in that goal.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
A Realtor literally lives or dies on his/her electronic documentation. This tool lets me master the changes that inevitably occur with documents. I use it every day.

Ease of changing a PDF to suit a particular need and/or make corrections to a PDF to present to a different customers
What do you dislike?
Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

I had a little bit of trouble using… I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. 33.206 Initiation of a claim. (b) The contracting officer shall issue a written decision on any Government claim initiated against a contractor within 6 years after accrual of the claim, unless the contracting parties agreed to a shorter time period.
(2) For claims over $100,000, 60 days after receiving a certified claim; provided, however, that if a decision will not be issued within 60 days, the contracting officer shall notify the contractor, within that period, of the time within which a decision will be issued.
A contractor must file its appeal with the BCA within ninety (90) days of receipt of the contracting officer's final decision. Or, a contractor may file an appeal with the Court of Federal Claims within twelve (12) months of receipt of the contracting officer's final decision.
Agency- 33.103 (g) Agencies shall make their best efforts to resolve agency protests within 35 days after the protest is filed. To the extent permitted by law and regulation, the parties may exchange relevant information.

33.213 -- Obligation to Continue Performance. A claim arising under a contract is a claim that can be resolved under a contract clause, other than the clause at 52.233-1 Disputes, that provides for the relief sought by the claimant; however, relief for such claim can also be sought under the clause at 52.233-1.
A protest must be filed no later than 10 days after the basis for the protest is known or should have been known.
