PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. I contacted the support group, explained my problem within minutes they solved my problem and refund my money.Thanks again for a Great job!!

A tool to get by, but far from perfect
If you can't find any other tools to fill in PDF, or if you don't want to research into other advanced tools, this is OK. It can get your work done, but you will sometimes be frustrated.
With this tool, I can fill in PDF which are not fillable by default. It saves me the trouble printing it out, filling it by hand and scanning it. It's easy to use and very straightforward.
It's costly, taking into account of what it can offer. Sometimes it's difficult to save the file, and I have to save as another file even if I write only a few words.

Very helpful to be able to type into pdf docs. I did originally find it difficult to work out how to save and print the documents. Eventually I saw the little down arrow which had the options there. Thanks.

Easy and Superb!
I love how easy pdfFiller is to use. Also, the results are amazing! I uploaded a signature that looked great from my computer but I couldn't get the page colour right. PdfFiller fixed the colour so that the background of the upload and the entire document were identical. I didn't need to try fixing it myself!

I started using PDFfiller 2013
I started using PDFfiller in 2013. Recently, my company started providing a program that was free to me. I canceled my subscription thinking to save some money. It only took 4days to realize I wanted PDFfiller back! This program is so simple and straightforward. I have shared this program with many over the years and they always come back thrilled with it. Lawyers, accountants, I am in real estate and always dealing with leases, riders, applications etc. It is worth the $$!
